Dr Marcin Kociolek
Assistant Professor

Marcin Kociolek received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Lodz (TUL) Poland in 1998, the Ph.D. degree in technical sciences from the same University in 2003. Currently, he is with the Medical Electronics Division in the Institute of Electronics. W from 2005 to 2008 dr Kociolek was guest researcher at National Institute of Standards and Technology (Gaithersburg MD,USA). His research interests include:

• biomedical image analysis
• image segmentation
• estimation of parameters of image texture
