Template image database
With the use of the designed simulator a series of 3D images was created for various vessel models and ToF sequence parameters.
These images, according to the project objectives, are intended for validation of methods for vessel segmentation in MRA images.
Below, samples of synthesized images (in NIFTI format) and their corresponding geometrical models (as STL files) are made available for free download.
Important! The database is systematically expanded on new images.
